Der Bariton Alexander Argirov wurde am 27.06.1999 in Dessau geboren. Während der Schulzeit und des Studiums (zuerst Lehramt an Grundschulen) durfte er Bühnenerfahrungen als Sänger und Pianist sammeln.
Nach Meisterkursen in Brescia (Italien), Rouffach (Frankreich) und Torgau (Deutschland) begann er 2023 sein Gesangsstudium bei Frau Prof. Brigitte Wohlfarth an der Kalaidos Fachhochschule in Zürich. Bei einem Stipendienwettbewerb der Hochschule gewann er 2023 ein Vollstipendium. Nachdem er in der Spielzeit 2023/24 als Chorsänger im Anhaltischen Theater Dessau angestellt war, ist er seit 2024/25 Solist in Dessau.

Baritone Alexander Argirov was born on June 27, 1999, in Dessau, Germany. During his school years and studies, initially pursuing a degree in elementary education, he gained stage experience as both singer and pianist.
After participating in masterclasses in Brescia (Italy), Rouffach (France), and Torgau (Germany), he began his vocal studies in 2023 under Prof. Brigitte Wohlfarth at the Kalaidos University of Applied Science in Zurich. In the same year, he was awarded a full scholarship through a university competition.
During 2023/24 season, he was employed as a choral singer at the Anhaltisches Theater Dessau. Since 2024/25 season he appears as a soloist at the same theatre.
